• I have a problem with my MailPoet plugin.

I signed up for a free Premium account on August 8th and on August 10th I got the message “Congratulations! MailPoet is now sending your emails”

When I check the key activation settings it says:

    v Your key is valid
v The MailPoet shipping service is active
Note: Your account is pending approval by MailPoet.
Rest assured, it will only take a few hours. Until then, you can still send email samples to yourself. All active automated emails, such as welcome emails, will be paused.

I have also already created a list of about 160 subscribers and a first newsletter to test everything. But when I save the design of my newsletter and proceed to the sending process, the send button is not active. Below the button is the text:

“You will be able to send emails soon after our team has reviewed your account. In the meantime, you can send samples to your authorized addresses.”

I have reactivated the key and changed the sender back and forth, as you have also recommended somewhere.

    I’m about to give up.
    Thanks for help in advance.

    Hi @jornras,

I found your account and there you have a free Started plan that is still pending approval.

Our team contacted you about it on August 10th with more questions about your subscribers, but we never heard anything from you. We’re waiting for your reply to proceed with the approval process.

This email was sent to the email address associated with your MailPoet.com account. Can you please check your mailbox and get back to us?

    Thank you!
