    This bug has been identified and a fix has been applied in the upcoming release (2.3) coming soon.

    This plugin is something special for sure.
    Thank You.
    The plugin(2.3)appears to still use the admin’s email instead of one specified for database scheduled backups.

    I just spotted the small bug in the code!

    The fix has been applied and will be available in the next release.
