Currently, it is not possible to target audience based on the keywords used in posts.

You can create different post notifications targeting one or more lists based on the categories and post types to which posts belonged to.

However, we like the idea and forwarded it to our product management team to consider it as a feature request. We report a number of requests for each feature to help them prioritize our roadmap. While this is a feature our product managers are aware of, we don’t have any specific timeline for releasing it.
