• Hi,

If I use the Send as Links feature with HTML email, the links are only inserted into the email as text URLs, not as links, and so not all email clients make them clickable.

    Thanks.

    Hello Andy,

What email platform you are using, can you provide me a screenshot? I’ve checked in gmail, yahoo and it seems fine.

I will help you to fix this issue.

    Thanks.

Hi Glen, it’s as reported back to me by a client who uses Sky broadband’s Yahoo mail. On my iPhone and in my Mac Mail the mail software makes the URLs into clickable links.

He’s changed back to images as attachments rather than as links, so this isn’t now a problem for us, so I’ll close this ticket. You’ve been incredibly helpful the last few days and it’s much appreciated!

It does seem though, that when sending the CF7 form as HTML and using Send as Links, that the URL of the images is put into the HTML part of the email, but not proper <a> tags.
