    I think it would be useful if the visitor receives an email with the payment information after reserving a seat. Until now, the visitor has received the status link in a message window immediately after the reservation. I would like to be able to send this status link to the visitor via email.

    In settings there is an option called Approved booking receipt email. If you turn that one them email will be sent when booking is approved. This email also contains the status link.

    Right. But is it possible that the user can already receive an email with the status link if the reservation is still pending?

    I think you need to turn on Booking email confirm in settings. That email will contain booking status link.

    HHmm… actually I think I got the idea. So you most likely have the Booking email confirm setting turned off. So when people book a seat than the booking will be automatically in pending state but no email received about the status link. The status link is visible in the registration page but people can close the browser tab and the link in lost.
