Send a mail when customer chooses a product variation

    In my e-commerce site based on Woocommerce, I sell clothing products all available in different standard sizes (for example: 44, 46, 48, 50, 52, 54) and then made-to-measure. I need that when a customer purchases any product by selecting the “made-to-measure” variation, the system sends the customer, in addition to the order confirmation email, also an email with instructions on how to take the measurements that the customer must have the possibility to respond in order for us to avoid to send manually this mailThans to anyone who will help me

    To send a custom email to a customer only if they purchase one specific variation of a product is something you would need a third-party plugin do achieve.

    You can search for “woocommerce custom email“, or something similar, on the Plugins > Add New section of your dashboard or on a search engine like Google, for example.

    Please note that we do not provide support for third-party plugins, so it is good to check the plugin thoroughly to see if it is reliable. You can find more about this in this guide.

    Having said that, another thing you can do, but that is not exactly how you described it, is to customize the emails that are already sent to the customer and add a not with instructions to follow in case they ordered that option. You can read more about email customization here.
