Send 30 different PDFs

First off, I’d just like to confirm that you can create a form where someone can input their email and receive a PDF to their email (not just downloaded straight onto their computer)?

If so, can i make 30 different forms to send 30 different PDFs to users’ email address?

This topic is regarding research publications, the PDFs are all different publications that, by law, cannot be downloaded but can be sent to their email (very weird, i know)
