Semplice Theme won’t upload on WordPress, shows page not found

    I’ve searched for an answer to this and troubleshooted many possible solutions found from other forum posts without resolve. Each time I upload the zip file to the WordPress theme upload page it shows a “page not found” link in the style of the current default theme. I’m unsure if it’s an issue with the hosting/server (dreamhost), WordPress, or Semplice. I’d appreciate any help!
