semi-transparent text overlay

    I’d like to add a semi-transparent color over a part of my image for better text readability. I’ve tried everything I can think of but haven’t had any progress. The link is the Mission page. I would like the overlay like the home page overlays. TIA

    I found a plug in that will do it. It’s called pootle builder if anyone else has the same problem.
