Semi-transparent (lower percentage of opacity) page possible….

  • I am not wanting the background to be of lower opacity, but the page itself (where text and graphics reside) I would like to see the a ghost of the background images…
    Also, how can I make it float (or is that possible) where the page scrolls while the background and/or header stay fixed?
