Selling with Jotform

  • Hi. I’m a pro photographer and I have been selling some photos online using another plugin. I now have a book I’ve written and want to sell the book. The other plugin wants to apply photo shipping rates to my book. I cannot fix it and their plugin support has not been very helpful. I am done with them.

    Through social media someone told me about using Jotform to sell products. I’d like to give it a try. But where do I start? For now, all I want to use it for is to sell my book.

    I want set it up giving people the option to buy one book or multiple books. I need to apply shipping and tax, and I’d like to apply different shipping rates depending how many books someone orders.

    How do I use Jotform to set this up?

To simplify the process of selling your products, you can utilize payment tools such as PayPal Business, Square, Stripe, etc. These tools are easily accessible in the Form Builder under the Payments tab. By using this feature, you can configure your products, add various product options, and apply shipping per number of items and tax options. Allow me to guide you through the setup process:

    1. Log in to your Jotform account and create a new form or edit your existing form.
    2. In Form Builder, click the?Add Form Element then go to the?Payments?tab
    3. Search and select the?payment gateway you want to use e.g. PayPal Business.
    4. In the payment settings on the right panel, click Connect button to connect your payment gateway account. After that, you can start setting up your products and product options. You can also enable Shipping and Tax from their separate tabs.

    @crisregs Thanks for the info and then links! I will take a look at all that on Friday and Saturday and let you know how it goes.
