Selling services and follow up service in a specific order

I have a project that has one main service to sell, and two upgraded services to sell. Essentially, I want a logged in user to only be able to purchase the upgrade after they have purchased the original service, and to purchase the second upgrade after the first upgrade. So the only way to purchase the upgrades is as a follow up to the previous service. Any suggestions for a plugin that can accomplish this?
