Selling a custom downloadable virtual product

  • Hi, I want to create a site similar to the “Faber” site.
    First thing – do you know a template or plugin / plugins that is just right for that?
    If so I would love to hear what you know about it. Thank you!
    If you do not have general information, then I will break down my task into parts.
    The first part is: after I created an online store, with the option for multiple agents in stores, I now need an option to sell a custom virtual product for download. For example – a graphic designer who wants to sell a custom logo according to customer requirements.
    For this I need an option for the customer and the seller (the graphic designer, for example) to contact them, and talk and chat within my site, where the customer will be able to explain exactly what his requirements are, and what he expects to receive.
    The second thing to do is to set on my site that this product is a downloadable product, which is a simple thing that exists in default vCommerce, but I want this downloadable product to be customized according to customer requirements, and changed with each reorder, as mentioned.
