If you want to do any modification on the Dokan’s commission or earning calculations these filters will be helpful:

Currently, the customer deducts the amount paid with the wallet from the sales of the shop sellers and does not calculate it as part of their sales !!!

Unfortunately, the “TerraVol wallet” plugin is not developed by us also we do not have an official integration with this plugin. So, we are unable to debug the reason behind the wrong sales calculation. Please get in touch with the plugin developer of TerraVol wallet. If they promised Dokan compatibility, you will get help to figure out the issue.

As far as I am concerned, Dokan calculates the commission from the product price, not the total order value (excluding the tax, shipping prices).

Since we do not have an integration with the plugin, making changes to the core Dokan calculation may not be possible. You can try using these filters to modify how Dokan calculates:

apply_filters( 'dokan_order_admin_commission', $saved_fee, $order );
apply_filters( 'dokan_get_earning_by_order', $earning );

Please consult with an expert or you can contact a customization service welab to make specific modifications or ensure compatibility with third-party plugins.

In your previous remarks, you said: The commission is calculated from the price of the product.
But our discussion is not the right of the site administrator commission.
Currently, there is a problem with the vendor of the dokan, and in other words, the amount that the site administrator has to pay to the vendor to settle the account with the vendor.
If the customer pays part of the amount with the wallet, the amount paid with the wallet will not be calculated except for the vendor.
For example, a $ 1,000 product, of which $ 100 is paid with a wallet and the rest is paid through a bank account, only $ 900 is recorded for the vendor, who can file a settlement request after deducting the site administrator commission.
