videos, mp4. it doesnt look like an issue with the actually downloading of the file, it looks like a problem with the generation of the code, it doesnt direct to anything but an issue page

I literally posted this seconds after you did, having same problem with mp3 files. It’s very frustrating.

I just tested mine for the first time as well and I received the same problem. This file is just a .jpeg but I also have videos I would like to sell. I have not tested these out yet however.

I hope there is a solution discovered already. I really wish there was phone support.

I know that its not the fault of who responds to these. I see his reponses to all the post. Im sure hes busy. But WORDPRESS needs to invest in a customer service phone support system. My business revolves around this plugin, and right now its really hurting me. I dont have time to send in test videos when thats not the issue. The issue is the code doesnt generate properly. Can someone please get on this. Please, Thank you.
