Selfhosted blog not showing up in readers even after days

  • Hi,

    I understand that self hosted blogs do not show immediately in the wordpress reader. But my posts feed is as as old as seven days.

    In one of the replies to this question here, i found out that the feeds for self hosted blogs gets updated in 4-6 hours. But in my case its more than 7 days.

    Can anybody help?
