Hi, I have a problem with the online store. The website works well for a few hours when someone visits it, but when there is no traffic on the website, around 11-6 in the morning, the website stops functioning. Only the main page loads, the rest of the pages report

    Error 503 Backend fetch failed
    Backend fetch failed
    Guru Meditation:
    XID: 633346213
    Varnish cache server

, nothing appears in the website logs, only data already reported to the plugin authors
[30-Nov-2023 06:32:10 UTC] PHP Deprecated: Creation of dynamic property InspireLabs\WoocommerceInpost\shipping\EasyPack_Shippng_Parcel_Machines::$free_shipping_cost is deprecated in /home/page/www/wp-content/plugins/inpost-for -woocommerce/src/InspireLabs/WoocommerceInpost/shipping/EasyPack_Shippng_Parcel_Machines.php on line 88.

By doing nothing on the page and only refreshing it, the page comes back to life, but it works very slowly. Where to look for the problem?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @ikropka,

To troubleshoot this issue, please go through these steps:

Run a conflict test for checking your theme/plugins compatibility:
    – Switch to a WordPress default theme, “Twenty Twenty-Three”. Then check again to see if it resolved the issue.
    – Deactivate all your plugins
    – Reactivate and check them one by one
If you figure out what’s causing this issue, especially if it was Inpost for WooCommerce, contact the plugin/theme support team and also let them know about the deprecated notice. Besides, update Inpost for WooCommerce plugin to the latest version available and check again.

Contact your hosting support team and let them know about the issue. They can provide more technical help, while checking for server-related issues, optimizing database, checking PHP version and Varnish cache settings.

    Hope it helps!

My plugins are good and theme too. But thanks for remembering my that’s maybe it’s a hosting issue and it is. My hosting provider have big issue since 23.11.2023 so that’s correct , because my problems starts from 23.11.2023

    You’re welcome! Glad it helped?
