self hosted database to wordpress.com

my blog host recently crashed… again.
I’ve decided to move my blog posts over to wordpress.com
the problem is, wp.com is asking for a .wrx file while I’ve been backing up my blog in a .sql file.
How do I convert the .sql file to a .wrx file?
