Self Created Adverts – Not for Adwords etc

Hi I am looking to create adverts on our blog, for our clients and friends.

I am not interested in adwords etc.

What I would like to be able to do, is create an advert (s) rotate them and have them appear on my blog.

Then measure the click throughs etc, as well as creating the banners, side bar ads etc.

Has anyone got any ideas on how to do this, or is there a plug in?

The one’s I have looked at are all for adwords, brite campaigns etc. Which is I don’t wish to run.
