Selection of an option adds additional fields

    Hi,

    I am just getting started with this plugin. I am wondering if there is a possibility of have a selection say in a drop down menu trigger more options appearing to get more specific to that area.

    My example would be a drop down menu selection field something like this:

    “I would like to get in touch regarding:”
    – Engagement Photography
    – Wedding Photography
    – Family Portraits
    – Other

    When the person selects say “Wedding Photography”

    more options would appear asking for “Wedding Date” and “Wedding Location”. As you can see these fields only apply to the specific option.
