Hello,

I have some problems showing selected products from the filter. For example: https://www.fietswaar.nl/product-category/kleding-en-bescherming/helmen/helmen-helmen/?14_attribute=34932

and: https://www.fietswaar.nl/product-category/accessoires/sloten/kabelsloten/?_attribute=31982

The products of the selection do exist and are in stock, for example: https://www.fietswaar.nl/product/litelok-kabelslot-go-flexi-o-85-art2/

and: https://www.fietswaar.nl/product/abus-helm-pedelec-2-0-ace-glacier-blue-s-51-55-cm/

Other filter selections do work, like: https://www.fietswaar.nl/product-category/accessoires/sloten/kabelsloten/?10_attribute=4074

I have tried the following:

Go to WooCommerce?> Status?> Tools?from WordPress admin. At the bottom, there is a section called Regenerate the product attributes lookup table. Click on the Regenerate?button on that section.

and:

I have tried to show the selected products with the Twenty Twenty-Two theme, unfortunately with the same results.

Would someone be able to tell what is going wrong here?

Hi Mainul,

My provider states the following:

Your memory limit is already set to 2048 MB in PHP, which is the highest you can set like this and I assume 2 gig of memory should be sufficient for a website.
Furthermore, on a shared-hosting environment like the one you are currently on, it is not possible to empty the SQL Cache, this is enabled with optimal setting for a shared-hosting server and we cannot adjust it for an individual user.
On a VPS or dedicated server, we would be able to empty this since this is your own server.
I think the makers of that plugin mean that you empty WP’s cache via WP CLI:
wp cache flush
wp transient delete –all

Would this work you think? I am not sure I would be able to empty WP’s cache via WP CLI. I am not that technical..

You need to give your hosting account login details to access WP CLI.

I have cleared the Scheduled Actions, now you can use Enable table usage(Use the product attributes lookup table for catalog filtering) under WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Advanced. This solves the no products found issue, but we can’t see it in Active Filters list(reset button is not visible). I’ll debug it and wish to fix it in v4.
