    Hi!

    I have been using picu for a couple of years now and I have been very happy with it. Unfortunately, recently I have had two cases of clients’ selections disappearing.

    In both cases, the selection wasn’t sent – the client was in the process of picking photos and making final decisions. I cannot confirm, whether or not it was done on one device or more. I know for a fact, two people had access to the second selection.

    Do you know what might have caused that issue?

    Could you send us an email (support [at] picu.io) including the debug info from your site (found under picu > Settings > Tools/Debug and copy/paste into the email)?
