selection box does not appear

  • Hi everyone,I just installed the free version, created a block and entered 3 options, set priority to 1 and set all the products, but I don’t see the choice in any step of the purchasehttps://bombeoq.cluster027.hosting.ovh.net/bombeo.it2/evento/sarajevo-e-la-bosnia/#tribe-ticketsCan you help me figure out how to best configure it?basically on a page with many products like this > https://bombeoq.cluster027.hosting.ovh.net/bombeo.it2/evento/sarajevo-e-la-bosnia/#tribe-tickets I should add the mandatory free option , with various city addressesi entered 3 in the block but i don’t see them anywhere in the front endThank you

    Hi there,

    did you associated the addon to your product? Can you check if the problem persists using the plugin with only WooCommerce and a WordPress default theme active?

    hi, maybe then I missed a step: how do I associate the addon with products? also because I should associate it with all products I think

    in the block rules I selected to show the block in all products, is that what you mean? too bad it doesn’t show https://bombeoq.cluster027.hosting.ovh.net/bombeo.it2/evento/lisbona/

    HI there,

    you can choose on which product show add-ons any time you configure a block on admin side.

    In order to see your add-ons correctly, consider that your theme should use default WooCommerce add to cart form, and as far I can see, it’s not happening.

    I invite you switch to a WordPress default theme and verify if your add-ons being shown fine.
