Selecting which posts to publish (e.g. selecting individual posts, by category)

Once the FB Instant Articles plugin is activated (i.e. development mode unchecked), it seems to start publishing all WP posts as Instant Articles, feeding them directly to the Production Articles list in FB.
Is there any way of defining which WP posts should be published as Instant Articles – e.g. by selecting individual posts, or just publishing posts from certain categories?
