• Okay so this is going off your request here for me to start my own support thread. It’s taken me a while, I know, but spare time is hard to come by.

So as an example, I have this article here: https://morethanjustsurviving.com/best-folding-knives/

3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th images – when you click on them to share, the plugin is selecting the wrong images. I have no idea why it’s doing this here and not elsewhere and any advise would really help.

    Similarly in this article:

    https://morethanjustsurviving.com/best-edc-knives/

It’s doing the same thing. 5th-9th picture down it chooses the wrong image and then it somehow corrects itself for the last 5 pictures.

I have no ideas to go off of here. Literally would be troubleshooting myself if I had any hunches on where to start. So would love absolutely any advice you can give.

Oh and it’s been like this since I published these articles. I’ve gone through multiple plugins to see if that was the problem, but nope. So I just gave up on trying to figure it out since I had no clue what it might be and it was working perfectly on the majority of my articles.

//unrelated. Do you have an ETA for the pro version of this plugin? I subscribed to the email newsletter a day or two ago, but thought I’d just throw in a quick ask here for any timeframe since I was already starting up a thread. Cannot wait for the always seen on touchscreen feature – going to be a godsend!

    Hey @elise.x,

unfortunately, I don’t have a good answer to why is that happening. Pretty sure the plugin conflicts with another plugin you’re using. Nevertheless, please change the image selector setting to the following:

    .jpibfi_container img:not(.amzn_inlinediv img)

and let me know if it helped. Not sure if it’ll help, but it’s worth trying out.

When it comes to the pro version of the plugin, I hope to have it released by the end of April.

Sorry for being so delayed in getting back!

Didn’t have time to test before but just tested now, and nope, didn’t work, but that’s okay & thanks for trying. I don’t have any clue why this happens either.

Excited to have the pro version coming out so soon!! ??

If I could make a request – if it’s simple to do would love this integrated: the option to completely customize the text pinned. So like having {pagetitle}, {pagedescription}, {picturetitle}, {altattribute}, {sitetitle}, {imagedescription}, {pagelink}, {websitelink} all as options you can turn into any formula you want. For example you could end up with: “{pagetitle}: {pagedescription}. Brought to you by {sitetitle} @ {websitelink}.”

Would be amazing and so helpful for sharing on pinterest! I haven’t seen this kind of customization on any other pinterest plugin so it would be a huge perk; I’d hands down pay extra for this feature.
