• I’m using Participants DataBase with Memberpress in order to get some frontend output which is very limited in Memberpress.

I have 2000 members in a club which has up to 100 activities. Members can join several activities typically 3-6. I have set up Fields such as

    Activity 1 [ selected activity here ]
    Activity 2 [ selected activity here ]
    Activity 3 [ selected activity here ]
    etc

I know that PD can’t handle more than 1 database. Do you have any suggestions how I could achieve this. Would a dropdown list be achievable and workable? or is there another way.

Could the Activities be stored in my main database along with the Members data.

I would therefore have 2000 records with Members personal details etc and 100 records of the Activities available. If this were possible how do I reference the activities in order to select them.

    Many Thanks

I have made 6 drop down lists with my 100 Activities in each drop down list. It works very well, is fast and I can go straight to an activity of say ‘Tennis’by pressing ‘T’

I guess this sort of sorts my problem out, even although I have to go to the backend to update the activities.

    Thank you
