    Hi There,

Great plugin by the way, this plugin allows me to use my custom badges on my product slider.

But I would like to check with you, when i configure the slider using the following shortcode, it does not display the same number of column on mobile as well.

Any reason why it sticks with single column on mobile ? How Can i display 2 columns of products on my slider ?

    [featured_products_slider slide_to_show=”2″ slide_to_scroll=”1″ limit=”6″ dots=”true”]

Here is a screenshot of the current mobile view
    Mobile View Default

How can i make it look something like this ?
    Mobile View 2 Columns

    Thanks in advance !

    Regards,
    Wen Jun.

    Hello @wjyeshealth

I can understand your concern BUT right now we have given 1 col option in the mobile version (to take care about designs) and planing to add dynamic option in our next update. Next update will take time.

BUT if you want to change this then you can edit the plugin js file and here is path:

    wp-content --> plugins --> woo-product-slider-and-carousel-with-category --> assets --> js --> public.js

Now go to line #38 and #46 and change slidesToShow from slidesToShow:1 to slidesToShow:2

Note : Editing plugin core file will loss when you update the plugin.

    Hi @anoopranawat ,

Thanks for the reply ! Noted on the following, is there an alternative to run action hooks for this ? So that updates do not overwrite this.

    Hello,

Sorry for the inconvenience, not available any “action” and “hook” for this plugin js.

Note: If you update the plugin in feature then your changed core plugin file change will be lost.
Please before plugin update copy your change and after update the plugin please paste again.

    Thanks,

    Hello.

Thank you for this amazing plugin. I had the same problem as this thread and your solution works for me. Except, I can see 2 column products on mobile on Safari and Firefox mobile browsers but on Chrome, the changes don’t seem to work. I have tried on multiple devices too.

My website is idara.com, Kindly scroll down a bit for the plugin.

    Kind regards.

    Hi,

is there an easy way to add a column in mobile view? At the moment I only see 1 column on mobile and 4 on desktop. Would be great to have 2 columns on mobile.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello.

This seems to not work after the latest update in which the shortcodes have changed. It was working earlier for me.

    Kindly assist.

    Hello.

It is working fine now. It must have been the website cache. Sorry for bothering.

Trying this on latest version, updated lines 241, 248 from 1 to 2, mobile is still only showing 1 column. Any other lines need to be updated?
