Selected Reviews in schema data

    First of all thank you for the great plugin!
    We do use the shortcode [reviews_rating id=”1,11,5,2,9″ theme=”bubble” excerpt=600] to display selected reviews.
    The Schema data for the reviews do not reflect the selection, the schema data shows the ids 1 to 5.
    Is there a way to force the plugin to use the selected ids for schema too?

    @mexl The current functionality is intentional to keep the credibility of the reviews intact for data-driven services. Basically reflecting the current relevant reviews as provided through the Places API. It only selects from visible reviews so you can hide some from your collection if you wish.

    If the reviews you have for the Structured Data are not the current 5 most relevant, then please let me know?

    This makes of course sense… Yes, the current 5 are shown. The reason I was asking is: Our business has two business segments. People leave Reviews for both segments. Both segments do have seperate webpages. The reviews are now mixed up (from a schema perspective). Publicly shown are the filtered ones.
    Hence the question (for this special case) if it is somehow possible to filter the schema output too.
    Having said that: Removing them from the collection would reduce the number of reviews shown I believe… Hence we did not want to remove those…

    @mexl I understand the scenario you have. I do recommend splitting places into separate businesses so there are unique IDs for each one even if they share the same physical location.

    I am developing a proper multi-location version of this plugin that will support multiple schemas with each having either a shared page for data or their own primary pages.
