Selected printer dropdown greyed out with ‘No Printer Found’

    Hi, I’ve installed the plugin and can’t access the printer. No printer found. My hosting is with Kinsta and I can’t see any polling of the “Server URL” in the access.log. I’m taking this to mean that the printer is being blocked from accessing that URL. I have signed up with Star Micronics Cloud which can see the device. I’m ruling out firewall on my own network therefore. Kinsta say that they haven’t blocked the printer IP but I’m running into problems explaining to them what I think is happening. Any suggestions? Please!

    @farmermo Ok, I have located your request. Looks like it came though to our sales department not technical, so I was asking the wrong people. I’ll reply directly very soon.
