Selected Pages not Working?

I’m having issues with hosing which pages the pop-up should be displayed on.
When I select Blog Homepage it popsup there and in another page that isn’t the homepage.
When I unselect Blog Homepage and only choose Home from the dropdown list the pop-up doesn’t appear anywhere…
Any ideas?
