    Hi,

    I seem to have missing fields from the form that do not appear in the shopping card and order form. They don’t appear in the order confirmation either.

    I have disable this option

    Enable AJAX add to cart buttons on archives

    in the settings>products but it doesn’t work and it’s still showing missing fields in the order forms.

    Can you please help me with this? I hope I make sense as I’m total beginner and this is for my own ecommerce ewbsite.

    We have checked your page and we can’t see any issues with it. The cart shows all the field inputs from the product page.

    The only issue is, the select field shows option value(option-1/option-2) instead of the option label(40cm(16inches)/45cm(18inches)). You need to change the option value also as same as the label to show the label name on the cart page.

    Hi,

    My apologies I wasn’t notified of your response. I have not resolved this issue, the product you tested is “Simple Product” . It seems to work on simple products but not with variable ones. Can you please have a look again?

    Hi,

    It will work with both Simple and Variable products. For variable products, you need to use global attributes as variations. Global attributes mean the attributes created at the Product -> Attributes page. If you use attributes that created inside the product edit page, it will not work with WCPA fields.
