    I tried several times to compress a group and single images, but I always get the same error (https://prntscr.com/q9laau):

    selected image(s) could not be compressed

    I don’t see any errors in the log file, so I’m not sure what else to look for:

  • Hi,

    As you say, the log doesn’t contain any error, which is strange…

    Would you be able to look at your PHP error logs to see if there’s any related error there?

    Also do you have enough disk space available?
