Selected categories not showing in dropdown

Greetings,

I’ve started to use the Free version with plans to upgrade to Premium but I want to play around with this first. But right from the start I’m encountering a problem: I’ve selected 5 parent categories to display but only 2 are showing up in the filter (screenshot of settings page: https://mightysparkdesign.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/Screenshot-2023-07-18-at-9.48.10-AM.png).

For more context, if helpful: I have 5 product categories, each with 3 sub-categories and each of those have about 6-8 sub-categories. I’ll want to be able to use the Premium version to set up specific filters on each of the product pages.
