Selectable Recipients with Pipes not working

I am using Conditional Groups in my form. I am also using Selectable Recipients with Pipes.

On Tuesday my form was working perfectly. I tried using it this morning and got the error message “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.”

I have tried taking out the mail tag and sending it just to a normal email address and then it works but I need it to send to the mail tag which is the whole point of using Selectable Recipients with Pipes!

The mail tag I am using in my To: field is [dealer-email] and the form code is as follows:

As far as I can see I am not doing anything wrong. I just have my email address in each slot now for testing purposes.

Please can someone advise me on what I could possibly do? Running the current version of CF7 but I unfortunately cannot update to the new WP due to conflicts with the theme on this site.
