Selectable Recipient with Pipes not working for me

I got this working, but my issue now is I need the Stage to show up in the email sent not the email itself.

So Oregon for the Oregon work not [email protected] and for Norcal and not [email protected].

I tried

[_raw_officelocation]

But contact form 7 throws back a configuration error

Make sure you have correct email addresses in [select* officelocation "Oregon|[email protected]" "Norcal|[email protected]"].

thanks for responding, i do have the correct email addresses, that part is working now.

The part that isn’t is that I need

Oregon or Norcal to show up in the email sent, instead their corresponding emails are showing up in that field instead.

For instance

but i want it to look like this instead

Hope that makes sense, basically i want the info BEFORE the pipe not AFTER.
