Selectable Recipient with Pipes gives error after update

Make select field required – [select* your-recipient etc. ].

If user does not select a value you are trying to send an email without a To: email address.

Otherwise the form user will see a big red “Failed to send your etc.” message and won’t know what they have done wrong.

This has probably been happening to some of your form users for some time.
