    Hi

I believe the datatables used in wpda support selectable columns (i.e. you can hide some of the displayed columns). This would be something in advanced settings – does anyone know exactly what settings to use?

    Thanks

    Hi Kebhin,

    Yes, I know! ??

Open the extension manager and enable the add buttons feature. Now add one of the buttons “Column list” or “Column button”. That’s all! ??

    Here is the documentation:
    https://wpdataaccess.com/docs/data-publisher/premium-extensions/

You should not add both buttons. Just try which option you like more.

    Does this answer your question?

    Thanks,
    Peter

    Hi again (after 3 months)

This works of course but as documented it does not affect the columns for any export options.

Is it possible to make it apply to exported columns as well? I’m thinking that it could be done in the Advanced options json, but I can’t find any options to make it work (I’ve found some datatables examples but no luck and I think there is interference between that and wpda)

If possible could someone tell me precise json to achieve this? I want it for either pdf or print export

    Thanks

    Kebhin
