Select2 issue after recent update

    Hello!

    After recent update I tried to edit a field, but whenever I press ‘edit’ nothing happens and I am getting JS error:

    No select2/compat/dropdownCss

    I found some old topics with similar issue which adviced to manually call select2 in admin head.
    After I did it, I could edit fields, but when I tried to change field type I got JS error:

    Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘id’)

    After I rolled back to 6.0.7 everything works fine.

    Thanks for the report. We are aware of this issue and believe that this is likely happening as a result of a conflict with another plugin loading an older version of Select2.
