    When we try and complete the connection to Facebook, we get stuck on this step as the Business Manager account is greyed out.

    However, the account we are connecting with is already an admin of the Page. We have checked Facebook Business Manager Admins and have also tried with a different user that is listed as a Business Manager admin.

    Could anyone suggest next steps for us to troubleshoot and/or validate that we have the full permissions we need with the account we are connecting from?

    Should have added this is WC Version 6.0.0 and Facebook for WooCommerce 2.6.8

    Hello @devgp,

    This issue commonly occurs when the Facebook Business Manager is trying to connect a page they’re managing but they haven’t created it themselves/they’re not the owners. Can you let us know if the page has been created by the account that you’re using for this?

    Can you also please go through these steps in this guide by Facebook? It’s been effective in the past in resolving this issue:

    The last thing to check is if all assets are owned by the same business. Even if they’re shared with a business, that’s not the same as owned by the same business and unless they’re owned then it greys it out as a selection. If this is the case, then there’s no set way to resolve it, and the best course of action is to contact Facebook Merchant Support about this.
