Select users will only save one role

    On our Live Site, for menu items existing prior to today, I had selected each user role I wanted to be able to see a menu item. User Menus worked perfectly and those menu items still show more than one user role selected. Today I added two new menu items but User Menus will only save one checked role and I have to de-select that role in order to select a different role or the most recent role selection will not save. I have not updated WordPress, our theme or any plugins between the time this plugin was working perfectly and today.

    When I inspect the code in the browser, it is showing only a single label with checked:checked. Is there a limit to the number of menu items that can be managed by this plugin, or any other issue that may have caused this? Our site relies heavily on the User Menus plugin. Your help would be MOST appreciated! Thank you!

    @crgcrecsec – Sorry for the delay. This has come up a few times, but we have never pinpointed the issue. It isn’t duplicatable for our team on clean installs so we are assuming at this point an obscure conflict.

    Can you try installing the Health Check plugin and then activating Troubleshooting mode next to our plugin in the Plugins -> All Plugins page. Then try to save more than one again. If it works then there is another plugin on your site causing the issue for whatever reason and we can explore that in more detail.
