Select the locations tab is empty

    Sorry this is just words I’m a total novice and don’t know where you got the text from that you want.

    Anyway,
    I go through the motions, connecting to my account, then choose the account in the selection tab. When I go to the Location Select tab it’s empty.

    It just says:
    “Select the locations you want to use with the plugin”
    and:
    “Save all settings”… Nothing else…

    I use google chrome but have also tried in Microsoft Edge, and it’s still the same
    I made sure my WordPress was the latest version as well as the WP GMB Plugin and my PHP version is the latest.

    Any Help Welcomed.

    Hi @whereinhull,

    Are you a manager of locations in Google My Business? If no locations are showing it normally means there’s no verified locations for your account.

    So double check this…also go to the Help tab, go to the last question, and please copy and paste the diagnostic information into your reply. Thanks,

    Yes I am the manager of the business page.. DVD Play is on there and verified..

    The data on the help column is

    When you authenticated the plugin were you logged in to the same account as you are the manager of for these locations?

    I can see from this diagnostic information that no locations are being registered.

    When you get to the account selection tab in the plugin settings did it show your account? If it did, then it means there’s an issue with your locations, either you didn’t authenticate with the right Google account or you don’t have the necessary permission for the location. If you can’t see your account in the account selection tab it means that authentication didn’t work at all, which means you should go back to the Connect tab and try again.

    i’ve tried reconnecting it on both chrome and edge

    It comes up with DVD PLAY, so it’s finding the account, just not opening locations

    I get to choose from 2 accounts, and neither has any locations

    Hi @whereinhull,

    In this case, it means there’s something up with your account. It could be a permission issue with the locations. This is not a fault with the plugin. At this point I can only recommend ensuring you have the appropriate access to the locations and they are verified and don’t have any issues. You can also reach out to Google My Business API support. Or you can purchase the pro version of the plugin and this comes with support for your specific install so I can diagnose any issues that may be on your account.
