Select Photo button missing

Hi, Every time I access the Insert Media Modal screen, the Insert Photo button is not showing, I am using Genesis, Refined child theme, if I switch themes the Insert Photo button shows up, just not with Refined theme. The Developer is not familiar with Beaver Builder and asked I contact you first for any suggestions, Chrome console shows no difference in errors when button shows with one theme or not with the other, any more advice you can offer? I love BB!!
