Select or Enter values for 2 fields – display matching result?

I’m currently evaluating the Lite version, happy to upgrade if this a supported use-case. I have a database of values (currently in CSV). Each row has 3 columns – Selection 1, Selection 2, and Result. It’s a simple lookup – by selecting matching values from both Selection 1 and Selection 2, I would like to show the user the Result from that matching Row…ideally it would show right on that form, or alternatively, it would be acceptable to redirect to another page that would show this value. Is this possible? Can the paid version import these values in bulk and store them in the wp database? Thanks!
