Select options are not showing

can you paste here the shortcode you are using to display your form in the frontend.

as @calvinroi pointed out, please use the shortcode provided by the Post My CF7 Form plugin. It builds additional js scripts and HTML into the form to manage your mappings.

Navigate to the form table admin page which lists your forms, you will see the new shortcode displayed in the table.
