Select Multiple countries to set shipping rules

Hi Guys.
I wonder if there is a way, (or a filter I can add) to select multiple countries at once when creating shipping rules (in my case I refer to the the shipping by weight option)
It’s crazy if users have to create rules for each country, imagine how time consuming to create rules for 80 countries….
Most of shipping companies or postal services group by sets of countries when setting prices, for example all european countries have same shipping prices, etc.
The solution could be to allow to multi select countries from the country dropdown menu (something that, by the way, Woocommerce supports natively).

Thank for your reply.
However, it does not solve the problem .Our users mostly have to “ship by weight”. But in order to ship by weight, they must insert weight rules for each country individually. And this is crazy lot of work, no one will do this, ever.
What we need is to be able to create zones and then weight shipping rules for each zone.
(so, to set shipping rules by weight for a group of countries together)
Currently The system only allows to create flat rates for each zone, so we cannot use the option to “Ship by zone”.
I hope you understand and you can provide some helpful solution.
