Select more entries in bulk mode

Well ok, I suspected that the item selector had more entries than 25: it was hided by the footer of wordpress backend.
I unhided it by the tools console adding a margin-bottom for the div containing it.
I suggest the author to fix this as others may have this issue.

Yes, this is an issue with the plugin; on our installation, you cannot ever select more than 50 at a time because the drop-down menu stops at 50.

You cannot scroll the page past 50, and changing the zoom in the browser to try to see more of the menu does nothing at all; so one workaround is to use Chrome Developer Tools to modify the CSS in real time.

Another workaround is to change the quantity to 5, which moves the whole screen up; and then you can change it to 100 or 200. But once you’ve selected 25 or 50, you can no longer use the drop-down menu to see 100 or 250.
