Select Main menu Per Page

  • Have been trying to figure out if there is any solution in native WP 3.5.1 to build alternate versions of the “Main Menu”, but has realised after a few days that it is a dead end.

    Next approach was to figure out if there are any plugin that would let me define a few custom Main Menu’s and Per Page select what Main Menu that should be used. The reasons for this approach was that I earlier had found a plugin that let me select widget’s per post.

    So, experts, I’m kind of stuck here, does anyone of you know if there is a solution to set “Main Menu” per Post?

    Oh, yes, I have on other forums got heaps of answers about this, but all have been about menu in widget areas etc, I’m only trying to change the “Main Menu” per Page, nothing else.

  • There is a fundamental weakness of WordPress when it comes to building menus per page per post. There are a number of plugins you can use to get around this flaw.
