Error messages appear in the browser language or language of the logged in user. We need them to always appear in the website language. How?

    Thanks!

    Hi there @lausianne ????!

Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!

We need them to always appear in the website language.

Do you mean error messages in MailPoet forms? They should be appearing in your site’s language. Can you please confirm:

    • Your site language
    • If the Language packages are updated under ‘WP-Admin > Home > Updates`
    • What is the language you are seeing the messages
    • A URL where we can test that?

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

    Cheers!

    Hi,

Thanks for your reply. Yes, you understood correctly. Site language is German, but user language and browser language are English. The error messages appeared in English but were supposed to appear in German.

I tried again, and it is not happening anymore. I don’t know what has changed, but now it is alright. I’ll call again if it happens again.

    Cheers!
