    Hello,

There are lots of <Hn> title tags that are still enforced.
It would be nice to be able to change a <H4> to <H1>, <div> or (…), as you do very well for “EA Call to action” or “EA Feature list” with “Title HTML tag “.

Some elements of “Elementor” which are similar to elements of “Essential Addon” do it very well:

    – Icon Box (Elementor) allows you to modify the title’s Hn tag
=> EA info box does not allow it

    – Accordion (Elementor) allows you to modify the title’s Hn tag
=> EA advanced accordion does not allow it
=> EA flip box does not allow it

I’m testing the free version of EA, I guess there are also elements of the premium version for which this functionality is still missing.
Is this feature, which is important for SEO, planned for these elements in a future update of “Essential Addon”?

    Hi @stevema93 ,

I just tested on my environment. You can actually use <hn> title tag on your EA Info Box and EA Advanced Accordion.

Just put your <hn> title tag manually on the Title field and you are good to go!

    Check the following Screenshots:

Unfortunately only EA Flip Box title doesn’t work in this way. We will work on it near future. Cheers!

Thank you for your reply. The idea is good, unfortunately it does not work halfway, and suddenly, the result is worse:

1- By putting a <Hn> tag in the title, I lose the formatting of the title: it resumes the formatting of the CSS of my theme, but not the formatting of EA (which no longer works). Let’s say that if the EA CSS for my tag doesn’t need to be changed, then this workaround could work, but unfortunately that creates another problem:

    2. In the console, therefore in the page and for robots, this solution does not replace the original <h4>, but it adds my <Hn> tag inside the EA <h4> tag. Here is an example in image of “EA info box” if I add a <h3> tag in the title:
    https://prnt.sc/suw6i1
    https://prnt.sc/suw8e8

To be honest, even if the idea is very good, this solution is not worth it. I am quite astonished that since time, nobody made you go up this problem which, even if it does not create a “bug”, is not a small problem!

I will have to wait for an update for this problem to be resolved. I guess EA users will be delighted.

In any case, thank you very much for your quick response, it is only the 2nd time that I write to you and you always respond quickly. I have already rated 5 stars in your plugin, I will modify my text by adding a reactive support. ??
I will not fail to put this discussion in “resolved” as soon as this SEO problem is fixed.

    Hello,

Thank you for your response and for the latest update 4.0.4: html tags are present in the Image accordion module, it’s cool!
Unfortunately html tags are still missing in the Advanced accordion and Flip Box modules. :'(

Come to think of it, there is no html tag in advanced tabs as well, and it could also be useful in a lot of situations.

Hello, I bring up this topic to thank you and announced the discussion as resolved.

I haven’t checked for a long time so I don’t know since when these changes were made. I have not checked all the modules but I have no doubt that everything is done or will be done quickly: in any case, all the modules I mentioned now contain the possibility of applying an Hn to the title and it is really great!

A big thank you and once again: you are great ! ??
