I have followed your installation instructions but the Select Gateways meta box in the event edit page is not showing.

I have the Event Manager Pro installed and the Offline payment is active (I tried activating and deactings Authorize.net AIM and PayPal too but no change).

I deregister jquery from header and added to the footer in functions.php. I’ve removed this now, so the link to jquery is back in the header but again this made no change. I still can’t see the list of gateways

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I need tp update the documentation. The Metabox has been moved to the Ticket Options Section so it is compatible with front-end event submissions.

Please scroll down to the bottom of the Ticket Options.

I have noticed this but the are no options to select any Gateways other than those that are active in Booking Manger Pro.

Here’s what I can see when I scroll down to the bottom of the Tickets Options:

    Payment Options

Please select which payment method(s) you would like to be available for this event.

I need to be able to select Worldpay but there is no such option

You need to enable the gateway in the EM Settings. If not activated, the plugin is not recognized by EM at all. Hence, this add-on will not see it either.

If not activated in EM, EM will never ever be able to process any payment for it.
The checkboxes allow your select/deselect ACTIVATED gateways.

If you (ever) wish to use a gateway, it is required to be activated in EM. Then, per event this add-on allows you to show/hide activated gateways.

Very first line in this plugin’s description:

This plugin simply adds a meta box to the side of your Event Edit Page. It lists all activated gateways in alphabetical order.
Uncheck any gateway you want to disable for this specific event. Save the post. That’s it!

Please can you send me a screenshot of where to find this checkbox. I’m in EM Settings -> Bookings -> Payment gateway options and I checked Yes next to ‘Enable Quick Pay Buttons?’ but didn’t make any difference. How do I get the EM to recognise your plugin?

There are only three gateways in the Payment Gateways section of EM: PayPal (Payments Standard), Offline, Authorize.net AIM. I’ve activated all of them but of course the one I want to use is Worldpay, which is not listed.

    *sigh* Really?!
Only Offline, PayPal and Authorize.net are bundled with Events Manager.

WorldPay is third-party add-on that you need to install separately.Do a Google search for Events Manager WorldPay.
